This will be a completely free event, Prizing was gifted to us by Pokemon!

Please arrive 15 minutes earlier for registration. 

Ace Spec Bonanza will be run like a League Challenge and will be Standard Format Rules. However, we are breaking the 1 Ace Spec per deck rule!!! In this event, you can put as many Ace Specs in your deck as long as they are not duplicates of the same Ace Spec. All other Standard Format Rules still apply!

PLEASE BE ADVISED: Space in our shop is limited, so we ask that players not bring spectators, as this makes it difficult for clients to get around the store during events. There are many great restaurants and stores for family and friends to go enjoy if they are waiting for the tournament to finish.  

Decklist Required (see below). Players must fill out and submit an accurate and complete Pokemon TCG Decklist Form:  https://www.pokemon.com/static-assets/content-assets/cms2/pdf/play-pokemon/rules/play-pokemon-deck-list-85x11-tef.pdf  Deck Lists must be emailed to support@thecardsvault.com  

We will be checking Deck Lists versus the physical deck you are using in the event so please be accurate in your list, and don't make any last minute changes after submitting your list.   Deck List Requirements:  All cards in your deck must be official Pokemon TCG cards in English or French.  Each Pokemon card in your deck must have Regulation Mark F, G or H. Basic Energy cards can be from any set, excluding Fairy Type Energy. Trainer cards and Special Energy cards must have been printed with Regulation Mark F, G or H but older versions may be used.

If you are using an older version of a card and the card text has changed, you must have a current copy of the card available for your opponent to see the most recent, correct wording. All copies of the card will function as if they have the most recent and correct wording on them.

- Event structure:  Swiss Rounds (number of rounds based on player count in each age division, minimum 3 rounds). Best of 1 games in each round of swiss (30 min time limit). No top cut rounds. Standard Format.  

• Grand Prize, for the 1st place winner will be 1 Paldean Fates Premium Collection Box (of your choice) & 1 Charizard Ex League Playmat

• 2nd place will receive 1 Paldean Fates Premium Collection Box (of your choice after 1st place) and 1 Pokemon Center Gyarados Double Deck Box

• 3rd place will receive 1 Paldean Fates Premium Collection Box (remaining box after 1st and 2nd pick) and 1 Pokemon Center First Partner Deck Box 

• 4th place will receive 1 Iron Valiant Ex Box 

• Random Draw: 1 Paldean Adventure Chest + 1 Combined Powers Premium Collection Box + Multiple Pokemon Center Plush Keychains (Random draw prizes will be distributed to multiple winners)

PLEASE NOTE: You are required to bring your own format and tournament legal deck, one will not be provided for you.  Pre purchased tickets will guarantee you a spot in the event.
