Shipping

Our current processing times for orders is 1-3 business days. This is in addition to the shipping times outlined at checkout.

The Cards Vault shipping is done using Canada Post services and takes responsibility for all orders being well packaged and received by Canada Post. Once given to Canada Post, The Cards Vault is no longer responsible for any error made by Canada Post, including and not limited to lost mail. All thecardsvault.com orders are shipped with Tracking, for better shipment protection. We will work with the client in making a claim with Canada Post should a package be lost/stolen/heavily damaged in the shipping process. However, we cannot control how long it will take to receive a verdict nor the verdict that Canada Post will come to.

We ship worldwide, however, certain companies prohibit us from the sale of sealed product outside of Canada. For example, WOTC prohibits any Sealed Magic Products from being shipped outside of Canada if the product has been in print for less than 2 years.

We are not responsible for the costs of potential customs fees that may be incurred on international orders. Nor are we responsible for any delays that may occur, if it is held in customs for any amount of time. Should you have any questions regarding duties, please contact your local government.

All orders are required to be paid with matching shipping and billing addresses. If an address mismatch appears on the invoice, we will cancel and refund the order without warning. You may place the order again with matching information at a later time. This is to ensure protection from credit card theft.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-ordering upcoming products is encouraged to secure any items that you may wish to purchase. Once paid in full, your pre-order is guaranteed, unless third party actions force us to cancel.

Should you place a pre-order with items that are currently available or have different release dates, those items will not be shipped until all products in the order are available. It is suggested that you avoid placing pre-order items, pre-order items with different release dates and in-stock items within the same order.

In the case that you have placed an order with pre-order items, pre-order items with different release dates and in-stock items, and wish to split your order to have items shipped as they arrive you may contact us and we will notify you have additional shipping charges.

Release delays do happen, as many manufacturers have pushed back their release dates to what was previously promised to us and other retailers. These delays are out of our control.

IN-STORE PICKUP

We offer same day pickup for online orders. When placed during business hours, your order will generally be ready for pickup within 2 hours. To ensure that your order is ready for pickup the same day, please call the shop at 514-538-3010.

Please bring both your order number and a piece of photo ID matching the billing address you have provided when placing your order. We may decline to release an order if you do not have valid ID with you.
