Please arrive 15 minutes earlier for registration. 

PLEASE BE ADVISED: Space in our shop is limited, so we ask that players not bring spectators, as this makes it difficult for clients to get around the store during events. There are many great restaurants and stores for family and friends to go enjoy if they are waiting for the tournament to finish.  

Decklist Required (see below). Players must fill out and submit an accurate and complete Pokemon TCG Decklist Form:  https://www.pokemon.com/static-assets/content-assets/cms2/pdf/play-pokemon/rules/play-pokemon-deck-list-85x11-tef.pdf  Deck Lists must be emailed to support@thecardsvault.com  

We will be checking Deck Lists versus the physical deck you are using in the event so please be accurate in your list, and don't make any last minute changes after submitting your list.   Deck List Requirements:  All cards in your deck must be official Pokemon TCG cards in English or French.  Each Pokemon card in your deck must have Regulation Mark F, G or H. Basic Energy cards can be from any set, excluding Fairy Type Energy. Trainer cards and Special Energy cards must have been printed with Regulation Mark F, G or H but older versions may be used.

If you are using an older version of a card and the card text has changed, you must have a current copy of the card available for your opponent to see the most recent, correct wording. All copies of the card will function as if they have the most recent and correct wording on them.

- Event structure:  Swiss Rounds (number of rounds based on player count in each age division, minimum 3 rounds). Best of 1 games in each round of swiss (30 min time limit). No top cut rounds. Standard Format. 

• Prizing (dependent on attendance): Each player will receive 1 Series 5 Prize Pack.  
• Players will receive Pokemon TCG Championship Points based on their final standing, and the number of players in their division. 
• Grand Prize, for the 1st place winner will be 1 Prismatic Evolutions Elite Trainer Box & 4 additional Pokemon Play Series 5 Prize Packs! 
• 2nd place will receive 1 Prismatic Evolutions Binder Collection Box and 3 additional Prize Packs. 
• 3rd place will receive 1 Prismatic Evolutions Poster Collection Box and 2 additional Prize Packs. 
• 4th place will receive 2 additional Prize Packs. 5th-20th place will receive 1 additional Prize Packs.
• Random Draw: 1 Terapagos Ultra Premium Collection Box. Prizing will vary proportionately to event attendance and we reserve the rights to make adjustments as we see fit. 

OTHER INFORMATION: As this is a Premier Event, Deck Checks will be made at random so please ensure that your deck is legal for the current Standard Format.

PLEASE NOTE: You are required to bring your own format and tournament legal deck, one will not be provided for you.  Pre purchased tickets will guarantee you a spot in the event.
