Pre-Order Info & Policy

Pre-Ordered items will be shipped out upon their release and arrival. If your order
contains items that are not Pre-orders you will need to pay an additional shipping
fee if you wish to have them shipped separately.
Cancelling a Pre-Order will result in a 10% processing fee, without any exceptions.
Since many items are subjected to allocation, certain items may be more limited and
so Pre-Orders will be fulfilled in a first-come first-served manner. Meaning, we
reserve the right to adjust product order quantities and will notify the buyer if this
comes to occur. We do, however, try our best to avoid having to cancel or reduce any
order due to a lack of supply.
